വണ്ണപ്പുറം : പഞ്ചായത്ത് വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് സണ്ണി കളപ്പുരയെ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ സമ്മതിദായക പട്ടികയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കി കൊണ്ടുള്ള പഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി, പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടര്‍ എന്നിവരുടെ നടപടി ഹൈക്കോടതി സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്തു. സണ്ണി കളപ്പുര കോടതിയില്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിലാണ് തീരുമാനം. പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ സ്ഥിര താമസക്കാരനാണെന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന രേഖകള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചതിന്റ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് കോടതി ഉത്തരവ്. ഇതിനിടെ സണ്ണിയെ വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് സ്ഥാനത്തു നിന്ന് അയോഗ്യനാക്കണമെന്നു കാണിച്ചു രണ്ടാമത് ഇലക്ഷന്‍ കമ്മിഷന് നല്‍കിയ പരാതിയും കമ്മിഷന് നിരാകരിച്ചു. വര്‍ഷങ്ങളായി പൊതുരംഗത്തുള്ള തനിക്കെതിരെ ചില രാക്ഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും ചേര്‍ന്ന് നടത്തുന്ന ഗുഢാലോചനയുടെ ഫലമാണ് തന്നെ സമ്മതി ദായക പട്ടികയില്‍ നിന്ന് മനപ്പൂര്‍വം ഒഴിവാക്കാന്‍ കാരണമെന്ന് സണ്ണി പറഞ്ഞു.
